In the United States, a woman has a 1-in-8 (13.2 percent) risk of developing breast cancer in her lifetime.

The silent auction will take place during the tournament on June 1-3, 2012 at the Owasso Sports Complex. The winning bidder will be determined on June 3, 2012 after all silent auction sheets are collected.


NOTE: You will not be able to bid online, but can place a proxy bid or incremental bid at the event. Do not need to be present to win. Highest bidder will be contacted on June 3, 2012. By bidding, you agree that payment will be made to the OGSA within three (3) business days following close of auction.

1.All articles are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” and with no warranties or guarantees of any type either expressed or implied made by Owasso Girls Softball Association (hereinafter called “OGSA”). Any warranties made by the Donor/Owner must be in writing on an separate instrument. In no event shall OGSA or any employee, agent or associate of OGSA be responsible or liable for any such warranties, guarantees or the genuineness or description of any article offered for bid.

2.All payments must be made within three (3) business days after auction has concluded and with good funds, which are defined as Wire Funds, Business Check, Cash or Personal/Company Checks.

3.If any check given in payment is dishonored for any reason, including but not limited to, insufficient funds, stop payment or the like, Bidder/Buyer agrees, whether such check is signed by Bidder/Buyer as maker or endorser, that if such check is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection, to pay all reasonable attorney’s fees incurred, together with all court costs and associated expenses in the event suit is instituted.

4.Seller and Bidder agree that the purchase of a lot shall be based relying entirely upon Bidder/Buyer’s own examination thereof. Bidder/Buyer acknowledges that all sales are final and “AS IS WHERE IS.”
