*There will be gate donations. It will not cost to get into the complex on April 28, 29 and May 1, but there will be donation jars stationed at the games for those who wish to contribute money. One-hundred percent of the money collected will be given to the Tulsa Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
*We will have many great gifts and memorabilia available to win via a silent auction with 100% of the money raised going to Tulsa Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. More details to come.
*The OGSA will be selling commemorative t-shirts for $12 and $5 of each purchase will be given to the Tulsa Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

For 25 years, friends who have shared the vision of Susan G. Komen for the Cure have become partners in advancing our mission.
Susan G. Komen for the Cure has made tremendous progress toward eradicating breast cancer as a life-threatening disease through research, education, screening and treatment. The generosity of their donors is vital as they continue efforts to help breast cancer patients today, as well as to invest in the health of future generations.
Up to 75% of the net income from the Race remains in Tulsa to fund breast health education and breast cancer screening and treatment programs for underserved women.
A minimum of 25% of the net income from the Tulsa Race supports the Komen for the Cure Award and Research Grant Programs.
In January 2008, $372,000 in grants were given by Komen Tulsa to these local organizations from funds raised in 2007:
*Tulsa Project Woman, Inc.: $204,456
*Indian Health Care Resource Center: $64,782
*Y-ME National Breast Cancer Organization (Northeastern Oklahoma Affiliate): $17,187
*St. John Health System Wig Bank: $5,000
*Morton Comprehensive Health Services: $74,975
*OSU Center for Health Services (Health Care Center): $5,600
Susan G. Komen for the Cure is registered in Texas as a nonprofit corporation. Susan G. Komen for the Cure is a public charity exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
